電工鋼硅鋼片硅鋼按Si質量分數分類分為Si<0.5%的電工鋼和0.5~4.5%Si的硅鋼兩類,兩者通稱為電工鋼板。前者在制造電磁性能要求不高的民用小型電器領域有著廣泛的需求,此類硅鋼片的特點在于硅含量明顯低于常規電工鋼,制備工藝流程簡單,成本較低,與普碳鋼類似。后者包含的種類、陜西商洛附近牌號極為復雜。高硅鋼是指4.5%~6.7%Si的Si-Fe合金,具有在高頻下鐵損明顯降低、陜西商洛附近 磁導率高、陜西商洛附近矯頑力低、陜西商洛附近磁性能極為優異的特點,主要用來制造高頻電機、陜西商洛附近高頻變壓器、陜西商洛附近扼流線圈和高頻磁屏蔽等。但由于Si含量過高,室溫條件下塑性極差,無法軋制成形。6.5%Si因為其獨特的磁性能而自成體系,目前僅有少量通過滲硅工藝制備的無取向6.5%Si-Fe合金材料可以成卷供應,更具性能優勢的取向6.5%Si-Fe合金制備則更為困難。
