電工鋼硅鋼片硅鋼按Si質量分數分類分為Si＜0.5％的電工鋼和0.5~4.5％Si的硅鋼兩類，兩者通稱為電工鋼板。前者在制造電磁性能要求不高的民用小型電器領域有著廣泛的需求，此類硅鋼片的特點在于硅含量明顯低于常規電工鋼，制備工藝流程簡單，成本較低，與普碳鋼類似。后者包含的種類、陜西商洛附近牌號極為復雜。高硅鋼是指4.5％~6.7％Si的Si-Fe合金，具有在高頻下鐵損明顯降低、陜西商洛附近 磁導率高、陜西商洛附近矯頑力低、陜西商洛附近磁性能極為優異的特點，主要用來制造高頻電機、陜西商洛附近高頻變壓器、陜西商洛附近扼流線圈和高頻磁屏蔽等。但由于Si含量過高，室溫條件下塑性極差，無法軋制成形。6.5％Si因為其獨特的磁性能而自成體系，目前僅有少量通過滲硅工藝制備的無取向6.5％Si-Fe合金材料可以成卷供應，更具性能優勢的取向6.5％Si-Fe合金制備則更為困難。
